Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

You can cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Cancel Order." Your refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the item is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Seller or Stock-Related Cancellations

In rare cases, an order (or part of an order) may be cancelled by us or the seller due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or serviceability issues. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued for the cancelled portion.

No Cancellation Fees

ShopIndiaMart does not charge any cancellation fee for orders cancelled before shipping, in line with Indian consumer protection guidelines.
