At ShopIndiaMart, we work with Shiprocket's network of courier partners to deliver your orders across India, including for our own products and those sold by Marketplace Sellers.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout, and vary based on:

Your delivery pincode
The product category (see "Category-Specific Delivery" below)
The seller's pickup location

Typical delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days for most categories, and may take longer for remote or non-serviceable pincodes.

Category-Specific Delivery

Home Furnishing, Bath & Personal Care, Kitchen & Dining, Home Decor: Standard delivery, 3–7 business days
Electronics & Appliances (AC, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, etc.): May require special/heavy logistics handling; delivery timelines may be longer (5–10 business days), and installation (where applicable) is coordinated separately
Groceries & Daily Essentials: Prioritized for faster delivery due to the nature of the product
Furniture: Bulky item delivery, timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on weight, dimensions, delivery location, and are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on select products or above a minimum order value, as indicated on the platform.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can also track your order anytime from the "My Orders" section of your account.

Serviceability

We currently deliver to pincodes covered by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, please contact our support team.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
