These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShopIndiaMart website and services, operated by Krishna Industries (Bharat) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using ShopIndiaMart, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

ShopIndiaMart is an online marketplace that offers products sold directly by Krishna Industries (Bharat) as well as products listed by independent third-party sellers ("Marketplace Sellers"). ShopIndiaMart acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders and Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Marketplace Sellers

Products listed by Marketplace Sellers are the responsibility of the respective seller for accuracy of description, quality, and fulfilment. ShopIndiaMart verifies sellers during onboarding and monitors performance, but the contract of sale for marketplace items is between the buyer and the seller. ShopIndiaMart facilitates dispute resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payments

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods as made available on the platform. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by product, seller, and location, and are indicated at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, ShopIndiaMart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or attempting to interfere with the platform's operation or security.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ShopIndiaMart — including logos, design, and text — is the property of Krishna Industries (Bharat), except for seller-uploaded product content, which remains the property of the respective seller.

10. Limitation of Liability

ShopIndiaMart and Krishna Industries (Bharat) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2021, complaints can be directed to our Grievance Officer:

• Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
